Selection of raw materials
Our production facility used only standard-length birch blocks cured in hot water for 24 hours
Drying
Blanks are dried in drying drums or temperature- and humidity-controlled chambers. Drums are also used to pre-polish the blanks
Veneering
The veneering stage involves unrolling the wood block into veneer sheets of required thickness using dedicated machines

Clipping
The second stage involves clipping future blanks into shapes from veneer produced at the previous stage. Our clipping machines manufacture up to 1000 blanks per minute

Molding
After drying, the blanks are fed to automatic molding systems. These are hot pressing machines that use high temperature to increase wood density and "solder" wood fibers to each other
Polishing
The items are polished manually. It allows to combine two processes into one: sorting and quality assurance

The final stage of production is packing. Finished products are packed and marked to be shipped to anywhere in the world in accordance with buyer's requirements and lot size
